How do we accomplish #1?

By smashing paradigms. Two of our favorite targets:

• The mindset that Production Accounting can only be done using one of the host of complex accounting platforms provided by entertainment payroll companies.

• The only way to get credit card expenses into the Cost Report is to download transactions monthly once the statement is released, then circulate a spreadsheet to be coded by production, which is then imported into the above referenced software.
